Industrialization Engineer for Aerospace Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Airbus Defence & Space in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the best build process for production manufacturing, taking into consideration inputs from other departments and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities- Define the best build process for production manufacturing, considering inputs from other departments and continuous improvement of processes.
- Lead the concurrence and interface between Design Engineering and production, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Analyze and optimize the build process, minimizing waste of time for production and increasing security for the product.
- Integrate the Manufacturing Dossier with all technical information, quality control, maintenance, health and safety, equipment, and tooling.
- Aeronautical Engineering degree or related discipline.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in aerospace industry.
- Proactive person with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and structured individual with advanced level in English and Spanish.
- Availability for traveling and being moved to other countries.
- Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year (dependent on experience).
