Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our European Projects team in the development and implementation of communication and dissemination activities for our Research and Innovation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing tailored communication and dissemination strategies, leading project tasks, and coordinating with external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement communication and dissemination plans for European Research and Innovation projects
  • Lead specific project tasks and coordinate with partners involved in activities
  • Monitor project progress, performance, budget, and timings, analyzing and mitigating risks
  • Prepare and manage project reports, including deliverables and periodic EC progress reports
  • Collaborate in the definition of communication and dissemination strategies for pre-award stages

Requirements

  • University degree in Journalism, Communication, or similar field
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing EU projects (FP7, H2020, INTERREG, LIFE, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in communication and dissemination activities implementation
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (C1), both oral and writing
  • Availability and willingness to travel abroad for project meetings and events

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
  • Organizational and analytical skills, including ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to understand scientific/technical messages and effectively transmit them to various audiences
  • Experience as meeting facilitator, group dynamics, and events moderation
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills, including ability to create and maintain relationships with partners
