OSP Technician

Job Summary:

As an OSP Technician at Converge ICT Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fiber optic network. This position requires a strong coordination and supervisory skillset, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with supervisors and heads to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer needs.
• Work Supervision: Oversee the work of technicians responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic operations in various geographical areas, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Relationship Management: Work closely with the supervisory team to share ideas, improve operations, and implement continuous improvement activities, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Fiber Restoration: Respond to emergency call-outs and perform critical evaluations and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
