HR Development Specialist

We are part of Hitachi Astemo, a world-leading company in advanced mobility solutions. Our team in San Felices de Buelna, Cantabria, Spain, is looking for a skilled HR Development Specialist to contribute to our mission of reducing environmental damage, decreasing traffic accidents, and improving comfort.

As an HR Development Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing corporate policies at the local level, facilitating effective communication with employees, and managing the local HRIS. You will also design and deliver employee development and training programs, contribute to succession planning and talent management processes, and support strategic workforce development initiatives.
