Key Responsibilities
  1. Build a deep understanding of our product, our codebase, and our engineering processes
  2. Work as part of an agile team to improve our core product and deliver new features
  3. Play a key cross-functional role within our team of highly talented frontend and backend developers
  4. Use your fresh perspective to improve our frontend.
Long-term Objectives
  1. Work on creating a state-of-the-art application architecture using frontend components in a micro-frontends structure
  2. Balance all the possibilities of the product, finding a middle-ground between a big set of features and a user-friendly UI/UX while incorporating new technologies
  3. Work closely with our Product Team to develop solutions in the form of new features or products
  4. Become an expert on the core product and mentor other colleagues using your knowledge.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Web Developer or similar role
  2. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular 2+)
  3. Solid understanding of back-end technologies and languages (PHP, Symfony 5+)
  4. Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB)
  5. Familiarity with security principles and best practices
  6. Proficiency in using version control systems (Git)
  7. High focus on quality and testing while maintaining pragmatic and maintainable solutions
  8. Strong team player, customer-centric approach, empowering and supporting the team
  9. Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
