Academic Support Officer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Support Officer to join our team at the Berlin School of Business and Innovation (BSBI). As a key member of our academic operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with academic leadership and faculty to coordinate timetabling and room allocation for our Barcelona campus.
  • Assist with scheduling and timetabling activities, ensuring seamless coordination with various stakeholders.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of freelance lecturers, including recruitment, contract management, and invoicing.
  • Liaise with university partners to ensure alignment with procedures and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Exams and Assessments Office to align university partner expectations with timetables and delivery.
  • Perform other related academic administration duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in academic administration or a related field.
