We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Technical Perfumery department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prepare samples for shipment to subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with areas such as Purchasing and Quality Control
  • Maintain contact with suppliers and create an internal library with received presentations
  • Draft internal documents and conduct necessary experimental tests

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in administrative management tasks
  • Experience in document management and knowledge of SAP
  • Higher Vocational Training in Administration (CFGS/CFGS en Administration)
  • Languages: English (intermediate), Spanish (native)
