Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join Boston Scientific as a Field Clinical Specialist for Electrophysiology. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development.
- Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device through presentations and demonstrations.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.
- Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features.
- Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
- Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher).
- Ability to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and able to influence others, with a willingness to travel extensively as required by workload.
