**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and attentive Luxury Club Lounge Host to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife Abama in Spain. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by monitoring club lounge seating availability, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and condition, and providing expert beverage preparation.

**Estimated Salary:** €25,000 - €35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

**Responsibilities:*

• Maintain the highest standards of guest service, anticipating and communicating replenishment needs promptly.

• Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.

• Ensure bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools are kept clean and well-stocked.

• Requisition all necessary supplies and transport them from the storeroom to the bar set-up area as required.

• Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas to prevent unauthorized access.

• Document pertinent information in the department logbook.

• Collaborate with the kitchen to forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests.

• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
