Job Title: Clinical Project Associate

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Project Associate to join our team.

  • Provide operational support in the day-to-day study/project management for national and international observational studies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, epidemiologists, statisticians, data managers, EDC software developers, PV, and the Operations group.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and tracking systems.
About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent contract position. You will be required to have a bachelor's degree in a relevant life science discipline and minimum of 4 years' experience in clinical operations within the biopharmaceutical/medical device industry.

Prior experience as a Project Associate is preferred. Proficiency in Office 365 and project management software is also required.

You will need to be fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities
  1. SUPPORT THE PROJECT MANAGER/PROJECT DIRECTOR IN DAILY PROJECT OPERATIONS AND OVERSIGHT.
  2. HELP DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT PROJECT PLANS, TIMELINES, AND TRACKING SYSTEMS.
  3. ENSURE STUDY DELIVERABLES MEET PROJECT GOALS AND TIMELINES.
  4. MAINTAIN PROJECT DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING STUDY FILES AND MANAGEMENT PLANS.
  5. COORDINATE ACTIVITIES ACROSS DEPARTMENTS (DATA MANAGEMENT, BIOSTATISTICS, REGULATORY).
  6. ENSURE TEAM MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO NECESSARY TOOLS AND TRAINING.
  7. SUPPORT RESOURCE ALLOCATION ACROSS PROJECT PHASES.
  8. PREPARE AND DISTRIBUTE PROJECT STATUS REPORTS.
  9. SUPPORT CRA ACTIVITIES RELATED TO REGULATORY DOCUMENTS, ETHICS SUBMISSIONS, MONITORING PLANS, AND VISIT REPORTS.
