A leading customer service software company, Zendesk, Inc., is seeking a skilled professional to join its Partner Sales Team in the EMEA region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build and grow strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and contribute to the company's success.

Job Description
The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for building, operationalizing, and owning the plan for partner-led business in their sales territory. This includes recruiting and onboarding new partners, ensuring they achieve revenue and profitability growth goals, and aligning with the company's strategy. The successful candidate will run and lead opportunities with partners and Zendesk Direct Sales colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Buidling a powerful ecosystem of partners aligned with Go To Market priorities and amplifying the Zendesk brand in the region.
  • Achieving Partner sales targets across new business and expansion opportunities within existing customers.
  • Assessing capacity and capability from existing partners, recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new partners where needed.
  • Enabling Partners on key Zendesk value propositions and sales plays, making them a true extension of Zendesk to mutual clients and prospects.
  • Training Partners on Zendesk products, systems, Partner Connect portal, and enablement tools.
  • Building joint business plans with top partners, reviewing progress quarterly, and taking remedial actions if necessary.
  • Aligning regional sales organizations with relevant Partners, ensuring strong mutual support and understanding.
  • Liaising between the Zendesk Partner ecosystem and Sales Team to help Partners close sales opportunities and facilitate GTM activities.
  • Collaborating with Zendesk Marketing and Partner Marketing to build, track, and implement joint GTM activities for top-of-the-funnel Partner pipeline and revenue.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have proven achievements in exceeding quotas, a 'hunter' mentality, and passion for achieving both partner and customer success. They should also be able to build a strong new business pipeline and become an authority on Zendesk's products. Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
