Job Title: Business Continuity Management Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Management Analyst to join our team at ESML SD Iberia Holding S A U. As a key member of our Process Security Risk Team, you will play a critical role in assessing our organization's preparedness and making recommendations to enhance recovery time after natural disasters or emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and improve our business continuity plan to ensure seamless operations during disruptions.
  2. Design and test strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
  3. Collaborate with IT teams to develop end-to-end technology recovery plans.
  4. Identify potential risks within processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  5. Support the development of testing strategies and objectives for business continuity plans.
  6. Participate in recovery efforts during actual disasters or incidents.
  7. Evaluate the quality of business continuity plans and conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information/Cyber Security, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in a business-focused role with problem-solving skills and ability to grasp key functional processes.
  • Data analysis skills to inform decision-making processes.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Travel availability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient with MS Office, project management, and GRC tools.
  • Familiarity with auditing, monitoring, controlling, and process assessment frameworks.
