Turkish Business Developer Representative

Hiring Requirements:
Teleperformance Spain is looking for an experienced cloud solutions account manager to join their EMEA region team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
- Educate customers on cloud solutions offered by Teleperformance
- Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers
- Understand prospects' pain points and gather technical requirements
- Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience
- C2 level of Turkish
- Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
- Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT industry
- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
