Hiring Requirements:

Teleperformance Spain is looking for an experienced cloud solutions account manager to join their EMEA region team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to identify high potential prospects
  • Educate customers on cloud solutions offered by Teleperformance
  • Execute daily outbound phone calls and emails to contact C-level decision makers
  • Understand prospects' pain points and gather technical requirements
  • Update and maintain prospect and customer data in CRM database

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree OR equivalent practical experience
  • C2 level of Turkish
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically
  • Experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
