Job Summary
HCM International Sl is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant - Financial Operations to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth daily running of our department and business through our defined and detailed processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply payments and update accounting reports and ledgers
- Liaise with our Directors and Clients to ensure seamless communication
- Upkeep of financial reports and important documents
- Identify and resolve errors in financial reports
- Perform other office and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Excellent timekeeping and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, data entry, and working to financial deadlines
- Excellent level of English
