Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations department, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Track project progress, identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report any potential hazards or risks, and take corrective action to prevent incidents.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the animal nutrition industry.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
