About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Primary Cover Teacher to join our team at St George's British International School in Leioa, Bizkaia (Spain). As a Primary Cover Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. Our school is committed to providing a values-based education and achieving fluency in English, and we seek a teacher who shares our passion for education and our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach and mentor students in Primary classes
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve student outcomes

Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher status, preferably with a Degree in Primary Education and a PGCE or equivalent
  • Proficient level of English (C2 proficiency)
  • Two years of teaching experience, preferably in Primary education
  • Visa to work in Spain
