About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team at Stats Perform. As a Visual Designer, you will play a critical role in collaborating with our Design, Product, and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts that showcase our products, solutions, and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging solutions that align with client or prospect strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client challenges and implement appropriate Stats Perform data and products.
- Present thoughtful design concepts to key internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and incorporate industry trends to ensure design solutions are innovative, fresh, relevant, and thoughtfully crafted.
- Apply Design Thinking methodology and UI/UX best practices to develop design concepts, ensuring user-centric, functional, and visually delightful outputs.
- Tailor design concepts to suit diverse industries, platforms, and devices.
- Create custom design concepts and templates that enable clients to visualize and implement their branding using our proprietary, data-driven graphics platform.
Requirements:
- Professional experience in visual design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Expert level proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design and UI/UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions across web, digital, broadcast, streaming, and mobile app.

- A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and approaches, while maintaining an immaculate level of attention to detail.
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills. The ability to identify design challenges and come up with effective solutions.
- Experience with Branding and Visual Identity Design: Capability to create and maintain a cohesive brand image across various platforms.
- Adaptability to New Design Trends and Technologies: Eagerness to learn and implement the latest design trends and tools.
- Strong Conceptual and Visualization Skills: Ability to create visual representations of abstract ideas and concepts.
