Valsea Technologies, a global technical consultancy specializing in Scala and JavaScript development, seeks an experienced Frontend Lead to spearhead the technical direction of its team. As Senior Frontend Technical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications while actively participating in developing new features using the latest technologies.
What We DoWe are passionate about building a global culture and have a team of 15 different nationalities. Our main application is built with ViteJS, Cloudflare Pages, and our own GraphQL layer. Through ongoing research and development, we continuously enhance our toolset to stay at the forefront of technology and deliver cutting-edge solutions for managing content, data, and performance at scale.
About the RoleYou will work alongside other departments and units within IT, such as product owners, design teams, testing experts, DevOps, to achieve company goals. Key responsibilities include setting team priorities, reviewing assignments to ensure compliance with standards and quality, contributing to post-implementation reviews, writing and presenting regular reports to key stakeholders, and conducting administrative functions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Frontend Team Leadership position and 5 years of experience working as a Frontend developer in the iGaming industry, using JavaScript, Typescript, modern frameworks (React). A proven track record of delivering Node.Js applications is essential. You should also have a deep understanding of the iGaming space, including technology stacks and game APIs.
Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is desirable. Excellent time management, common sense, and conflict resolution skills are also required. Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with senior roles and management, and a highly technical background to support decisions within the team are crucial.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum-
