About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Deel Inc. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our products, driving design excellence, and delivering delightful customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design initiatives across vertical and horizontal projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.
- Define and deliver product design across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business partners, to build coherent, high-quality experiences that are both functional and delightful.
- Champion the Deel UI/Design System strategy, driving adoption through an iterative approach that balances consistency with innovation.
- Rapidly design, prototype, and test new features based on a deep understanding of business, customers, and technology, to deliver thoughtful solutions even in the face of ambiguity.
- Provide mentorship to Product Designers, offering constructive feedback to foster growth and skill development.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to identify bottlenecks, make informed recommendations, and implement improvements that streamline process.
- Navigate ambiguity with ease, driving clarity and actionable insights from complex situations.

Requirements:
