The Field Insights & Performance Associate will play a vital role in transforming data into actionable insights to boost sales performance and inform decision-making. Leveraging digital tools and data analysis, this position ensures seamless processes and clear reporting to guide business strategies. Collaborating closely with the Digital Team and other departments, the Associate will focus on tracking performance, enhancing KPIs, and providing practical recommendations. This role combines technical and analytical skills to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly report on sales force KPIs and identify potential deviations.
- Project trends and prepare actionable recommendations.
- Utilize digital analysis tools to create reports and dashboards.
In addition, the Associate will support the Field Insights, Performance & Digital Manager in developing regionally specific analyses and presenting results. They will also assist in converting data into relevant information to aid decision-making, demonstrating the ability to transform data into actionable knowledge.
Collaborations- Support the Digital Team in database maintenance, including integrating new data sources, data validation, Data Flows, Power Automate, and incident resolution (CRM).
We're looking for a candidate with:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (Business Analytics/Business Insights).
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize and analyze data according to business needs.
- Aptitude and curiosity for problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
- Advanced level of Excel, Power BI, and Big Data tools.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power Apps, and Power Automates is a plus.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000-$100,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. At JTI, we strive to offer competitive compensation packages to attract top talent.
