We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Expert Rating Analyst to join our team at Welocalize in Barcelona, Spain. As an Expert Rating Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving AI-driven online advertising platforms.
You will help establish benchmarks and guidelines for data used to train AI models, particularly in areas lacking defined standards. This means you will be shaping the future of web-based advertising and AI models.
You will be part of a wider team of data scientists, data analysts, and expert raters dedicated to improving advertising relevance for end-users across the world.
Specifically, you will be working with data in Japanese, but you will collaborate with a diverse team from different cultural backgrounds who work on various languages.
Our Expert Rating Analysts are also eligible for benefits, including a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Native-level fluency in Japanese (as spoken in Japan)
- Excellent understanding and use of English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years' experience in one or more of the following: AI-based relevance rating, marketing/advertising, linguistics, content creation, writing, tech-related quality assurance, data labeling, or linguistic annotation
- 4-year university degree in any of the above-mentioned professions/disciplines
