The Position

We are seeking a Chief Operations Officer to oversee all aspects of project life cycles from initiation to closure. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedules to ensure timely project completion. They will also measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify variances, and perform corrective actions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from conception to production, ensuring delivery meets client expectations in terms of quality, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, align stakeholders and team members on the plan, and execute tasks to achieve project goals.
• Make project decisions and recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with Resource Managers/Team Leads to ensure adequate resource allocation.
• Measure project performance and progress, identify variances, perform corrective actions, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Document high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints, develop risk mitigation and issue resolution plans, and recommend approved actions.

• Familiarity with system scope and project objectives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Benefits:
