Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert to join our IT Global HR Portfolio Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting SAP SuccessFactors and other SAAS Global HR Systems.

Main Responsibilities

As an SAP SuccessFactors SME, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the HR team to maintain and enhance SuccessFactors functionality and capability within the goals of the Global HR Systems Portfolio and Zurich's IT strategy.
  • Supporting the Portfolio Manager in building the roadmap for Global HR Systems, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high-level plan.
  • Providing SF system administration for implemented modules: Performance and Goals, Development and Talent, Recruitment.
  • Supporting, reviewing, and validating the documentation of technical specifications, performing impact analysis across the landscape, implementing change requests, and ensuring prompt resolution of system defects.
  • Participating in implementation projects for new SuccessFactors modules and functionalities, ensuring IT deliverables are clearly articulated and deployed. You will also perform quality review checks on project IT deliverables, including system configuration, role-based permissions, integrations, data, and system security assessments.
  • Working with suppliers and the HR team to implement SAP releases and updates, ensuring that the implementation of such updates is understood by the HR team. You will make recommendations for application and integrations improvements and eventually for application de-commissioning.
  • Supporting the liaison between CoEs, Global HR, and IT for your area of responsibility.

Your Skills and Experience

As a SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert, your skills and qualifications will ideally include:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably with an IT background. 2 or more years of relevant experience implementing, supporting, and evolving SuccessFactors systems for multinational organizations.
  • Very high-level knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of the following modules: Performance and Goals, Recruiting, Development and Talent. Experience with the following modules will be a plus: Employee Central, Onboarding, and Compensation Management.
  • Result and service-oriented, persistent, proactive, and capable of driving things forward in challenging situations.
  • 2+ years of work experience in a multicultural environment with virtual teams. High intercultural awareness, real team player, and open-minded attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (further languages are an asset)
