Job Description

Financial Controller H/F

As a Financial Controller at Louvre Hotels Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of several Group companies. Your primary objective will be to ensure the production of accurate and timely financial statements, while also coordinating with external accounting firms and local tax experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise monthly and quarterly accounting closures, ensuring compliance with Group processes and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including Group entities and partners, to ensure smooth communication and arbitration of accounting and tax instructions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for financial and accounting projects, providing expertise and supporting operations on budget and forecast building.
  • Contribute to financial and operational due diligence, including mergers, asset disposals, and operational restructuring of hotels.
  • Produce financial statements required for consolidated management reporting, including head offices and hotels.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of significant experience in accountancy and/or auditing.
  • Ability to understand business issues and financial flows, translating them into accounting processes.
  • Excellent analytical and summarizing skills, with a proactive and creative approach.
  • Advanced English language skills (B2 to C1 level).
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and Oracle BFC/Magnitude.
