Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Information Systems professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Architect Manager. As a member of our IIT Leadership team, you will report to the VP of Internal IT (CIO) and play a key role in securing IS evolutions consistency and relevance in regard with the company strategy, ongoing business transformations, and IS overall architecture and information management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the EA practice, including developing the EA and its impact on Criteo- IS, communicating the value of Enterprise Architecture, and managing and developing the EA team.
  • Formulate IS Evolution & Improvement Strategy and guide its execution, including facilitating alignment between business and IT, translating business strategy into Enterprise Architecture implementation roadmaps, and securing their execution by the tribes.
  • Assist and secure EA compliant IT projects portfolio delivery, including assessing IS Systems Interfaces match with Business functional needs, defining standard application exchange patterns, and applying standards and minimal viable architectures patterns through the EA toolset.
  • Facilitate IS to Business Innovation, including assessing and contextualizing innovations and technology trends, fostering innovation within IIT, and collaborating with the tribes to run experiments and new technology Proof of Concept.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned Information System professional with 15+y experience.
  • Ability to easily switch from Functional to Tech and bridge the gap between a not clearly formalized business transformation strategy and a sustainable and consistent Information System evolution roadmap.
  • Field person who can challenge and coordinates with the tribes to defend Enterprise Architecture best practices and establish a shared vision of Criteo IS evolution path.
  • Curious on how Enterprise Architecture shall adapt to agility and cloud and willing to engage in new EA ways of working and improving Business/IT performances.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
