**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Jordan Martorell S.L. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple clinical research projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage project scopes, costs, and financial risks, ensuring control and minimizing losses.
• Develop and implement effective project management strategies, focusing on risk mitigation and cost control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives and strategic plans.
• Provide training and development opportunities for project team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork within the project team.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Medical, Pharmacology, or Biology-related major.
• Minimum 10 years' industry experience, including 6 years' project management experience; CRO work experience preferred.
• Current GCP certificate required.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office and fluency in both written and spoken English.
• Local language fluency is preferred.
