Overview

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven salesperson to join our international team based in Barcelona. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential independent retailers through cold calling, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Games Workshop, and establishing strong relationships swiftly by telephone.

Sales Performance

Your primary objective will be to proactively engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and effectively close B2B sales opportunities. To achieve this, you will thrive on surpassing targets, embracing challenges, and demonstrating persistence and determination.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with the ability to capture attention and have a great conversation. You will possess naturally skilled sales abilities, guiding and influencing decision-making, and have full business proficiency in European Portuguese and English.

Benefits Package

We offer a competitive salary of €40,600 OTE (€35,000 base salary + uncapped commission), along with generous benefits including 23 days of holiday, 12 public holidays, company pension scheme, profit share bonus, and share save scheme. Additionally, you will enjoy a 25% to 50% discount on our products and relocation support.

Training and Development

You will receive comprehensive training, providing an excellent foundation in the role combined with ongoing on-the-job training. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree or equivalent higher education qualification and be located in Barcelona. Interviews are happening immediately with a planned starting date of January 2025.
