About the Role

Molins is a leading company in the construction sector, with a rich history of innovation and sustainability. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Artificial Intelligence Expert to join our Digital Team and accelerate our digitalization plan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support research and benchmarking of companies and solutions in Artificial Intelligence.
  • Identify business-oriented use cases where Artificial Intelligence can be applied.
  • Launch and execute projects based on Artificial Intelligence, including Generative AI for employees and Predictive and Prescriptive solutions for assets management.
  • Organize and participate in digital events around AI, both internally and externally.
  • Foster a digital culture across the company, leveraging AI as enablers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's studies in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, emerging trends, and AI techniques.
  • Competencies: responsible, proactive, dynamic person, with great work capacity, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, programming in Python, advanced data processing, and analysis, and a desire to learn other tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing market conditions and technological advancements.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Immediate incorporation for a period of 6 months with the possibility of incorporation.
