Job Title: Collaborations Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Collaborations Administrator to join our team at Oh Polly. As a key member of our Creative and Collaborations teams, you will be responsible for streamlining administrative and operational tasks, freeing up time for the team to focus on creative work and campaign strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administrative Management: Log, organize, and track invoices related to collaborations, campaigns, and other creative projects.
• Airtable & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of content deliverables, collaboration details, and project timelines.
• Content Deliverables & Collaboration: Track and chase content deadlines from influencers and collaborators, ensuring timely delivery and seamless campaign rollouts.
• Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze return on ad spend (ROAS) for influencer and talent collaborations, identifying key trends and insights to inform future partnerships.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in a fast-paced creative or fashion environment.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital collaboration tools like Airtable and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external collaborators.
