About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and refining marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Curate end-to-end client journeys (that incorporate digital, social, content, events, forums) to create meaningful engagement with decision makers and influencers.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling long and short form content and creative assets that engage our audience and drive action.
  • Utilise data to track and measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technology, and customer success, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organisation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in IT industry.
  • Experience in leading projects from inception to completion, demonstrating effective project management skills and the ability to drive results.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once.
  • Fluency in English (C1+).
  • Proven track record of success in driving results and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for marketing innovation.
  • Availability in CET timezone.
