Job Title: Big Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Architect to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Big Data solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Big Data architectures using various tools and technologies, including Cloud (AWS, Azure, and GCP), Cloudera, NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB), Databricks, ELK, Kafka, and Snowflake.
  • Develop and maintain data engineering and data quality tools, including Informatica, Talend, and Data Governance and Data Catalog solutions (IBM, Axon, Informatica EDC, Collibra, and Purview).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Big Data solutions with existing systems and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Big Data and data analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Big Data implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in designing Big Data and data analytics solutions according to customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and levels.
  • Experience in data governance and data catalog solutions is highly valued.
