Scrum Master Greenfield Project Specialist

As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in helping our engineering teams adopt Agile methodologies and improve their processes.
Your responsibilities will include defining Scrum best practices and processes, collaborating with different engineering teams, and facilitating Scrum meetings and artifact handling.
You will also be responsible for teaching dozens of engineers how to implement Scrum in a scalable manner, following up on action points, and escalating impediments.
Additionally, you will prepare reporting based on team performance and ensure that teams are working efficiently.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience as a Scrum Master, working in a big organization, and knowledge of Scrum methodologies and principles.
You should be able to share knowledge and build bridges across the organization, and have experience with project management tools like JIRA.
You should also be able to create burn-down and burn-up reports, and know how to plan and visualize features using different planning techniques.
