Sales Development Representative

We are seeking an entry-level professional to join our sales team as an Inside Sales Representative Junior. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, preferably in engineering, and a strong desire to develop a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in commercial activities to support sales growth in Europe, the Middle East, North America, and worldwide.
- Proactively contact existing and potential clients, maintaining updated records on our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Representatives and the Sales Director.
- Support lead identification, review incoming documentation, and assist in preparing presentations and proposals for prospective clients.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, participate, and take minutes as directed by the Sales Director.
- Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines established by the Sales Director.
- Maintain and update company information systems, including CRM, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Raise orders to the Financial Department for invoice processing.
- Support the preparation and attendance at international business tradeshows when required.
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English. Additional European languages, especially French, are a plus.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proactive and team-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to change.
- Organized with the ability to manage a CRM system effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, mainly within Europe and occasionally overseas.
- Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
We offer a competitive fixed salary, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
