About Our Team
The Office in Europe is responsible for strategic outreach and engagement, partnership building, and mobilization of financial and non-financial resources with existing and potential partners in Europe to support the Group's development activities in Latin America and the Caribbean.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will work closely with the Representative and the team to achieve these goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and operational support to the Representative and the team.
- Managing the Representative's agenda, preparing necessary documentation for business meetings, and maintaining the condition of the office facilities.
- Supporting the team in preparing travel arrangements and travel expenses according to Bank policies.
- Assisting in the preparation, editing, and finalization of formal letters and official communications prepared by EUR's office.
- Performing accounting functions, including processing invoices and payments, as well as handling Purchasing Card transactions and purchasing supplies for the office.
