Job Title: Luxury Assets - Family Care Specialist

Location: Eivissa, Ibiza, Spain

Salary: €48,000 per annum (gross), negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

The Luxury Assets family is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Care Specialist to oversee the smooth operation of their stunning property in Eivissa, Ibiza. As a key member of the household team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality, and providing exceptional support to the family.

About the Role:

  1. Managing the Household: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing cleaning schedules, and ensuring the property is always clean and tidy.
  2. Family Support: Provide exceptional support to the family, including assisting with childcare, meal planning and preparation, and ensuring the children's needs are met.
  3. Shopping and Provisioning: Manage the household provisioning, including online shopping and food delivery, and ensure that the pantry and fridge are always stocked with essentials.
  4. Pet Care: Take care of the family's Labrador, including feeding, walking, and providing attention and affection.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring that all household paperwork is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role or as a private family assistant
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (knowledge of Dutch is an advantage)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and discretion when dealing with confidential information
