We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Strategic Logistics Consultant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to our global digitalization journey in the Area of Logistic and Operations
  • Perform requirements analysis, project preparation, and execution for Logistic, supporting Production Planning and Manufacturing, and Execution System (MES) Projects
  • Develop and implement solution customizing, particularly in SAP MM and SAP PP modules, and coordinate specifications for development and interfaces
  • Lead internal and external implementation teams
  • Build and develop IT services, understanding client business needs, and providing advice on technology best practices
  • Plan project timelines for completion and partner with Business Process Owners/Managers

Requirements:

  • University degree in IT or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience: > 5 years; business knowledge: in-depth of overall business models
  • Specialized knowledge: functional knowledge: professional in Logistic Systems (- SAP ERP PP/WM/MM, - LiveSource Supplier EDI, - Order/Delivery, - Scanner Systems) intermediate in Sales Systems, Integration Services, Asset & License Management Metrics Business process knowledge: professional in Logistics processes (- handling unit, - operational logistics, - customs, - complaint management logistics, - in-/outbound logistics, - warehouse logistics, - packaging/delivery)
