Job Title: Content Design Manager - Global Language Experience
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Content Design Manager to lead our content design team and drive the creation of engaging and effective language learning experiences for our users. As a key member of our design chapter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content design strategies that align with our business goals and user needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of content designers to deliver high-quality content that meets our users' needs and expectations.
- Develop and maintain content design guidelines and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and brand, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform content design decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design to continuously improve our content and user experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in content design, with a focus on language learning or education.
- Proven track record of leading a content design team and delivering high-quality content.
- Strong understanding of content design principles, including user research, content strategy, and visual design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data and drive business outcomes through content design decisions.
