We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Procedure Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Consultant, you will lead the development of procedures and projects related to NPLs (Non-Performing Loans), aiming to enhance operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate current operational processes for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze and document existing procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement new procedures to meet business needs.
- Manage dependencies and impact analyses to ensure smooth project implementation.
- Develop requirements documentation for projects and oversee their implementation.
- Monitor progress and report on project outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA.
- Intermediate skills in Data Visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Degree in Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- Languages: English (C1), Portuguese (native/fluent).
- 4-6 years of experience in Asset Management (NPLs) or Banking; Real Estate experience is advantageous.
