Facilities Supervisor

The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assigning and supervising tasks for the maintenance team, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

2. Team Supervision: Assign and supervise tasks for the maintenance team, ensuring timely completion.
3. Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address repair needs.
4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
5. Interdepartmental Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance requests and support hotel operations.

• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of various maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective workflow and high performance.
