Lead Java Software Engineer

We're looking for an experienced software engineer to lead the development of our Machine Learning platform. Our goal is to develop and operate the platform and infrastructure for ML models, working closely with data scientists to run ML predictions in production.
About the Job:
As a lead Java software engineer, you will be responsible for developing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and managing risks. You will provide strategic technical guidance and improve code architecture, challenging the status quo and bringing new ideas to influence product development and improve work processes.

Requirements:
You should have senior engineer experience and excellent communication skills to explain complex ideas to technical and business teams. A team-oriented mindset and proficiency in English are necessary for a multicultural environment. Experience with AI tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT is preferred.
