- Oversee the development and implementation of lean systems and workflows to optimize productivity and minimize labor costs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and operation of new food concepts in our malls.
- Develop and implement procedures related to customer journey, engaging experiences, marketing campaigns, production workflow, and kiosk design.
- Scale the business at pace to create a successful and profitable operation.
- Fluent in English, Spanish, and any other European language.
- Experience in developing successful food concepts, preferably in malls.
- Previous experience in Business Development/Sales or as a lease manager.
- Operations Manager experience in FMCG (minimum 3 years +).
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, sustainable, and commercial concepts that are scaled.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and prioritize self and the team accordingly.
- Ability to use Microsoft and Google suite of software.
- Experience in scaling Mall food concepts.
