Sellsy, a leading CRM in France, is seeking a Senior People Coordinator to join its Sellsy Group's People team. Based in Spain and reporting to the VP People, this role will be based in the Barcelona office employing around 50 people.

Company Overview

We are a young and diverse team of over 200 people from 20 nationalities with offices in Barcelona and France. Our ambition is to become a leading consolidated player in Europe. We joined forces with Sellsy a year ago to offer a more comprehensive experience for our clients, providing not only invoicing and cash management solutions but an all-in-one business management system.

This synergy has led us to develop a cloud-based software, Quipu, which simplifies administrative and accounting processes for SMEs, freelancers, and consultancies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with Roger - Country Manager - based on site and will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of HR projects and processes such as performance reviews, training plans, onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, etc.

You will support managers on various HR issues including disciplinary, legal, career management, etc. Additionally, you will ensure that HR practices comply with legal requirements and evolve if necessary.

Participating in drawing up the annual HR Road Map, you will bring in new value-creating practices based on your knowledge of the start-up culture and HR processes.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including access to professional development opportunities and a dynamic working environment.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • A well-rounded experience on a variety of HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, legal
  • Ability to manage all kinds of subjects and share ideas and recommendations
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with French language skills a plus
  • Experience in an international company and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and follow processes
