Buscamos un Sales Consultant para nuestra tienda conceptual en Málaga.


Responsabilidades:



  • Contactar con los clientes para ofrecerles el mejor servicio posible.
  • Orientar y prestar servicio a los clientes para garantizar que se sientan bienvenidos.
  • Descubrir los deseos y necesidades de los clientes en nuestros Design Ateliers.
  • Prestar especial atención a las ventas en relación con el presupuesto y los objetivos personales.
  • Ayudar a los clientes por teléfono o por chat con preguntas de seguimiento o realizando pedidos.
  • Ayudar a que la tienda esté lista para las ventas, sea bonita e inspiradora.
  • Apoyar y colaborar estrechamente con el Assistant Store Manager y el Store Manager.
  • Ser responsable de la tienda cuando se ausenten los managers.

Requisitos:



  • Experiencia en ventas y servicio al cliente.
  • Pasión por dar lo mejor de sí.
  • Madurez y preparación para asumir responsabilidades.
  • Flexibilidad y capacidad para trabajar en diferentes horarios.
  • Interés en los muebles y el diseño de interiores.
  • Espíritu competitivo y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
