About the Role
As a key player in our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving growth and building strong relationships with retail partners.
We're seeking a motivated individual who can excel in managing their time to reach every customer consistently and making this role perfect for those who enjoy overcoming challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with retail partners weekly to ensure they have the right stock and are well informed about new product ranges.
- Sales Growth: Advise partners on tailored product selections to maximize sales opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with your customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and facilitate timely reorders of sold products.
- Program Expansion: Seek new opportunities to expand our stockist program and ensure continued engagement from partners.
Location: This is a full-time, office-based position in our new Barcelona city centre office.

We estimate the salary to be around €32,000 per year gross. You'll need to possess a third level qualification (e.g., degree) and a driving license. Fluency in English and French, plus one other European language is required. The ideal candidate will be relationship-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and sales-savvy.
