About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager to join our Customer Service team at H&M Group. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 20-25 agents, providing them with effective guidance and consistently motivating team development from an HR, customer, and business perspective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, customer satisfaction, and business results.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee engagement and well-being.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a focus on achieving business results and delivering high-quality service.
