At Metrobank, we're committed to developing future leaders who can make a meaningful impact in the community. As an Account Service Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient servicing of loan and trade transactions for our IBS customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with IBS customers and Bank Operating units to facilitate loan and trade transactions.
- Monitor maturities and follow up with clients on payment due dates.
- Prepare transaction media for credit approval and reconcile billing from telephone companies.
- Ensure timely submission of BIR 2306 and 2307, and maintain accurate records of outstanding loans and trade transactions.
- Dispatch outgoing transaction-related letters, documents, and requests.
As an Account Service Associate, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, financial analysis, and transaction management. You'll work closely with our Operating units to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the bank's overall efficiency.
