About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Account professional to join our team at Empresa reconocida. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with key proposals and presentations, setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns, and developing creative proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gathering Information and Supporting Sales: Assist the sales team in gathering information for client meetings and supporting them with key proposals and presentations.
  2. Advertising Campaign Management: Set up and optimize advertising campaigns together with clients and their graphic design team.
  3. Campaign Trafficking and Reporting: Traffic, report, and measure possible discrepancies and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  4. Programmatic Deals and Trader Support: Create programmatic deals and advise traders on the best way to succeed with delivered and KPIs.
  5. Creative Proposal Development: Develop creative proposals and presentations, fully customized with the client's needs.
  6. Campaign Analysis and Invoicing: Report and post-campaign analysis for all clients, and campaign invoicing with finance team support.
Requirements
  1. Relevant Education and Experience: Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or a related Business field, and 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the digital advertising sector.
  2. Language Skills: Dutch is a must, and good command of English or/and Spanish.
  3. Technical Skills: Experience with trafficking, campaign set up, programmatic buying, campaign management or planning, and proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets, or other data tools.
  4. Personal Qualities: Energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a startup-like environment, with great communication skills and not afraid to take risks.
