Ineos Belgium is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic Composites business team at our Sant Just Desvern office.
As a Junior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our existing products and developing new ones. You will assist experienced product managers in increasing profitability, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and defining product requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing product strategies and roadmaps to ensure alignment with market needs and organizational goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs and identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, technology, and manufacturing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs.
- Contribute to the product development process, including defining requirements, prioritizing features, and managing timelines.
- Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote product launches and drive adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market/product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback into product improvements and enhancements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). A good understanding of the chemical industry and experience in product management, business management, and/or business development are highly desirable.
