Job Description
The BIST Community Programs Manager plays a crucial role in shaping our organizational strategy, developing programs that promote cooperation and knowledge sharing among members of the BIST scientific community. This includes organizing training and community actions, coordinating participants, platforms, and related communications, as well as managing existing initiatives such as BIST To the Mothers of Science and the BIST Mentoring Programme.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Professional experience in similar positions or project management in an academic and/or scientific setting
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Advanced level in English, Catalan, and Spanish
