About the Role:
We are seeking an expert IT professional to oversee and enhance our eCommerce platform, ensuring seamless operations and continuous improvement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the technical operations of our eCommerce marketplace.
- Platform Management: Oversee the technical operations of the eCommerce marketplace, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
- Integration and Customization: Implement and manage integrations with SAP Commerce and other relevant platforms, customizing solutions to meet business needs.
- Development and Maintenance: Lead the development and maintenance of the eCommerce storefront using relevant technologies.
- Recommendation Engines: Implement and optimize recommendation engine tools to enhance user experience and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure quick resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with eCommerce tools such as SAP Commerce Cloud and Mirakl is highly desirable.
